Jean Kaye Wilson - Founder, President, CEO, RN, BSN, Doctorate in Theology

Jean Kaye's focus is on strategic non-profit business development and growth with a focus on all customers, motivating people, and ‘seeing' fiscal opportunities for advancement of the organization. For the last 10 years Jean has focused on the building of a successful and innovative non-profit organization, HELP, International.

Jean's accomplishments include successful building of a dynamic non-profit, HELP, International, strategic planning, implementation, and business development, marketing/sales expansion of statewide HMO network, Manager of the Year, Comprecare 1990 , National speaker on health care issues - AMCRA/AHA , Published book, "Observation Status" Copyright 1986 Listed in "Top 2000 Women in United States" 1991, listed in "Who's Who in America Nurses" 1984 and 1985 Chairman of the Colorado State Board, Colorado Uninsurable Health Plan 1994-1999

Jean Kaye is the founder and President of HELP, International, a non-profit that sends humanitarian aid to developing countries, sends humanitarian teams abroad, and sets up micro-businesses, school, orphanages, and medical clinics. This organization also responds to major disasters world-wide. This last year HELP International distributed 7.1 million in aid nationally and internationally. www.helpint.org

Previous positions include, Vice-President, provider integration for Choice Health, Vice President of Marketing for Balfour retirement center, Regional Director for Rocky Mountain Healthcare Corporation (BCBS) , Nursing Supervisor for Longmont Hospital, and Lieutenant United States Navy Nurse, Named "Most Valuable Officer-1977" Head Nurse - Responsible for Corpsman instruction programs.

Graduated from University of Northern Colorado, Graduated June, l974. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Doctorate in Theology from Christian Life School of Theology2002.

Don Wilson - Co-Founder, CFO HELP International

Don has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting, as well as a background in hospital finance. Don is Jean’s number one support and HELP’s financial advisor. Don is a servant, teacher and gifted in many areas. God has equipped him to be what he needs to be in a moment’s notice.

 

Mike & Tricia Toon - Domestic Pick Ups & Deliveries

Mike & Tricia have been faithful servants with H.E.L.P. International for several years.  They have a vision for serving our local communities and as well as villages around the world.  Mike's desire to respond to natural disasters makes him one of our valued relief response team members.

 

Shawn & Mary Ragan - Food Outreach/Disaster Relief/Corporate Procurement/Medical

Shawn & Mary have personally procured and distributed over 100,000 pounds of food to our local neighbors in need.  Shawn's ability to collect goods from our corporate community helps to keep our warehouse full and needs met.  Shawn's commitment to serving in the area of Disaster Relief has made him a valuable member of our HELP Relief program.  Mary's able hands have set order to our Medical department, assisting many of our medical teams as they go abroad.

 

Steve & Julie Monaco - Israel Shipments/Volunteer Team Leaders

Steve & Julie have taken on our Israel efforts, guarenteeing that containers sent to Israel reflect the excellence of God's blessing to His precious children.  They, together, lead others on Thursday evenings in our warehouse projects.  Steve's ability for training and presenting makes him a valuable part of our PR efforts.

 

Terry & Cathy Fett - Operations & Domestic Programs

Terry & Cathy head up the HELP at Home domestic program as well as the day to day operations at the warehouse. 'Coach' brings strong direction to our team as well as consistency to the work at hand.  Cathy also works on the administration side of HELP-grants, office duties, database development and publications.  Together they bring a team approach to tasks at hand.

 

Bruce & Pam McCormick - PR/Computers/Beacon Schools

Bruce leads our computer refurbishing program with Gary Robillard.  His technical expertise creates an assurance that HELP computers will be an asset to any project they are serving. Pam has been trained at both the warehouse and thrift store and is ready to do whatever is asked of her to do.  She is active in both Larimer County and Boulder County communities which makes her invaluable in our fundraising efforts.  She has recently taken on our first primary school project in Uganda.

 

Pastor Gene & Nelda Baldassare - Spiritual Advisors/Volunteer Extraordinare

Pastor Gene and his lovely wife Nelda have been our 'go to' people whether that be for prayer, hospitality, pick-ups or whatever is needed.  They bring a depth of excellence to this organization that is difficult to find elsewhere.  Their wisdom and integrity is the plumbline for so many of us.

 

Keith & Nadine Benner - Volunteer Team Leaders

Keith & Nadine are our newest team members and are invaluable.  Nadine ability to work at both the warehouse and the thrift store makes her a liaison for so many projects.  They are competent team leaders, bringing honor to any volunteer project and volunteer efforts.

 

Les & Tome Landis - Warehouse Volunteers

When it comes to hard work and diligent service, it can be defined in the work of Les & Tome.  They bring to HELP an excellence and availability that helps round out any work team.  Tome's commitment to 'doing it right' sets a standard that keeps our work in great shape.  Les's willingness to serve in any capacity, sets a great example of 'servant.'

 

Bob & Sandy Becker - The Eyes Have It/Pallet Project

Bob & Sandy bring an energy and heart to HELP that is hard to find.  Bob has taken on the "Eyes Have It' project which teaches people to make reading glasses and distribute them to folks in need.  Sandy works with a grace and competence on any project she helps with.  She has been a major part of the newly developed Pallet Project, an intregal part of our community transformation program-Stepping Forward.

 

Rebecca Valencia - Marketing Director

Rebecca has over ten years experience with accounting, volunteer coordination, and fundraising for non-profits.  Five of those years focused on marketing, especially for large international organizations.  Her heart is completely committed to H.E.L.P. so others across the globe will learn more about the multitude of enriching projects.  Networking and marketing to bridge people and communities are her passion.
 

Debra Elliott - H.E.L.P.'s Website Administrator

Debra is passionate about helping churches and ministries establish a vibrant and effective online presence. She currently volunteers her time with a number of faith-based organizations in the capacity as website administrator and developer. When not "burning the midnight oil" developing and deploying sites such as this, she owns and operates a website design, development, maintenance and hosting business (www.lifelightcreative.com ) in Loveland, CO.

Brett Costigan - Chairman of the Board

Brett has a Bachelor of History, a Teacher's Certificate in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Theology. For eight years he served as youth pastor at Resurrection Fellowship. He is now the president of a real estate company in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Dr. George Kandel - Medical Director of the Board

Dr. Kandel has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Georgia, a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, and he received his MD from the Medical College of Georgia. He is also a fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine.

Katherine Elmore - Secretary of the Board

Katherine is a college student attending University of Colorado in Boulder studying International Affairs. She has taken a sabbatical to attend Bible School at Hill Song in Sydney, Australia.

Ben Fetzer

Ben is studying missions at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Kansas. He hopes to serve as a missionary pilot.

Randy Mirowski

Randy has a Doctorate of Divinity from Beacon University and is currently the Dean of Students at Beacon University's Loveland Campus and a is Major in the Fort Collins Fire Department.

Judy Mirowski

Judy has a Master of Divinity from Christian Life School of Theology and is currently the administrator at Beacon University's Loveland Campus.
