ImageAt H.E.L.P. International, we respond to major disasters as well as the development of depressed areas by providing medical supplies and equipment and humanitarian aid.

Our heart is to touch the world by stretching a helping hand to the needy and by linking arms with other organizations which have medical services, equipment, medications and/or connections in the country being served. Each project selected will link the hands of several organizations together to provide the services and supplies needed. It is our philosophy to continue to work with the organization inside the country and maintain it for the future.

HAITI RELIEF EFFORTS & ASSISTANCE

H.E.L.P. International is mobilizing efforts of all sorts to provide and transport assistance to Haiti.  There are several ways people can help:

  • Financially-support for shipping costs for the supplies and travel costs for the two teams we are hoping to send (1 assessment team who will be leaving quickly followed by a medical assist team)
  • We can use hands right now to help pack boxes for the containers that will be shipped. We are normally open M-TH, 9-4 but will be expanding those hours to accommodate groups of volunteers needing to work evenings or weekends.
  • In kind donations-summer clothing, medical supplies and school supplies will be needed immediately and will be sent on the first load.
  • Gathering and packing Disaster Relief Kits.

  • Be part of the traveling team, especially if you are passport ready, physically able and can assist the medical professionals or rescue teams there.

If you or your group would like to help, please contact us.  We can make a difference!
